Driven by a hunger for knowledge, Ahmed earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration and management from Colorado State University, deepening his understanding of healthcare systems and helping him bridge the gap between clinical excellence and efficient operations. He also earned a master’s degree in physical therapy from Georgia State.

Ahmed built his expertise as a physical therapist in outpatient clinics across New York and Georgia. His commitment to exceptional patient care and his interest in new treatments earned him a reputation as a sought-after therapist.
Rehab director at a TBI inpatient facility
As rehab director at a traumatic brain injury (TBI) inpatient facility, Ahmed led a team of more than 60 employees and grew the facility’s revenue significantly while keeping a steadfast commitment to quality care. He also earned numerous TBI and vestibular rehabilitation certifications, preparing him to treat these complex cases and educate others about them.

In 2017, fueled by a burning desire to redefine physical therapy and deliver unparalleled patient experiences, Ahmed Aly founded Unique Care, an outpatient clinic. With its patient-centric focus and evidencebased treatments, Unique Care quickly flourished and expanded into multiple locations, gaining recognition as one of the fastest-growing privatelyowned PT clinics in the state of Georgia.

Throughout her career
Debra has worked with countless patients, using evidence-based techniques and innovative therapies to address the unique challenges of brain injury. She has developed comprehensive rehabilitation programs that focus not only on speech and language recovery but also on cognitive skills.
A whole-person approach
Debra believes effective rehabilitation has to address the emotional and psychological sides of recovery too. She works closely with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, physical therapists, counselors, and medical professionals so that every patient receives personalized, well-rounded care.
Her commitment to continuous learning keeps her at the forefront of TBI and concussion therapy. Debra has contributed to research, attended numerous conferences, and led workshops, sharing her expertise with peers and aspiring professionals.
